RETURN POLICY:
We gladly accept returns and have the following policy:
Defective Product:
If your product arrives damaged, we will offer you a free replacement for the first case. In the rare event that you require a second replacement, you will be refunded the full purchase price.
Return Window:
14 days from the delivery date.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for return, products must meet the following conditions:

- The items to be returned must not show any signs of use.

Refunds will only be given if the order is returned in accordance with our policies. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused if there is a suspicion that the merchandise has been used or damaged without us having anything to do with it.
Tracking & Tracking:
Make sure your return package is accompanied by a tracking and tracing code. Lost returns without proof of shipment with a track and trace code will not be refunded. Returns sent by post without a track and trace code are at your own risk. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you receive the wrong item or size, we will ship you the correct item at no additional cost.

Personalized products where the customer uploaded a photo and text will not be refunded.
